Friday, June 8, 2012, 9:00am – 4:00pm – Vending and Competition/Concession continues
Friday 1:00pm – “Vendor Meeting”
Friday 2:00pm – “Competition Meeting”
Friday 5:00pm – 10:00pm (Show Opening Day!)
Saturday 11:00am – 10:00pm (Show and Competition Day!)
Saturday 10:00pm – Sunday 5:00pm (Vendor Breakdown)
Vendors may not set up during the festival and all vendors must remain open during festival hours, Friday, June 8, 2012 – 5:00 pm through event ending, Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 10:00 pm.

Food Vendors
10’ x 20’ $375.00
20’ x 30’ $450.00
Additional Space Consideration: (Negotiated on availability)
All Vendors must supply their own tents, booths, display tables, serving trays/plates/dining stationary, chairs, booth wastebaskets, lights, etc. If electricity is needed, and additional fee of $60.00 for the event will be applied. (Please see event manager for assistance.)
*All food vendors are required to utilize the event supplied ash can to place used ashes from the event. Its location will be pointed out during the vendor meeting.*
Financial Consideration:
The Pork & Wings BBQ Bash & Competition uses Pre-printed Pork & Wings Designed “O.K. Porkster” BBQ Bucks, based on a 80%/20% split. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any exchange of food and drink for US Currency or Credit Card with event attendees is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification in event participation and forfeiture of ALL MONIES from vendor BBQ sales.
The Central Florida Pork & Wings BBQ Bash shall provide all alcoholic beverages. The Venue has established that only Coke products (Soft drinks) may be sold during the event. (This policy must be adhered to for venue contractual conditions)

All Vendors must supply their own display tables, chairs, wastebaskets, tents, booths, lights, etc. If electricity is needed, an additional fee of $60.00 for the events will be applied.
All vendors must sign the Pork & Wings BBQ Bash’s registration form, the indemnification form, and include it with their payment for space reservation. Space reservation must be made by May 30, 2012 by 12:00 midnight. Any exceptions must be approved by the event manager.
SPONSORSHIP VENDOR INFO
Marquee - $7,500.00 (Marquee Booth Placement (30’x50’), Media plugs, interviews, on stage awards presentations to competition winners, and logo on Event tee shirts, link from event home page to your company on web site, Two banners/signs at main entrance and main stage, plus:
Profile - $5,000.00 (20 x 20 booth, prominent placement of booth near entrance of event) Media plugs, interviews, and logo on Event T-shirts, link from event home page to your company on BBQ Bash web site, plus:
Stage - $2,500.00 (Banner prominently placed in front/above main stage) Plus:
Corporate - $1,750.00 (General sponsorship package – *see below)
All Sponsors will receive inclusion in The Central Florida Pork & Wings BBQ Bash and Competition’s overall marketing campaign/*general sponsorship package, including: Name on main entrance banner; Name on all print media; Name and logo on all flyers, posters, and press releases; logo on porkandwingsbbqbash.com home page.

1:00pm – Pulled Pork; 2:00pm – Beef Brisket; 3:00pm – Wings!

1st Place per category (5) - $500.00

(Charcoal and Wood Grilling Only! NO Gas Grilling!)
Each Team is asked to donate 1 cooked
Boston Butt, (not required), for plates sold to the public for charitable organization(s) fund raiser.
